Frequently asked questions

  • What vaccinations are required for boarding ?

For dog boarding, it is mandatory to have updated vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. For cat boarding, vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, and Feline Leukemia are also mandatory. Please ensure all vaccinations are current before boarding. We do require proof of vaccinations prior to your pets stay with us.

  • Should I bring my dogs own food?

We do prefer that owners bring their pets' own food. Maintaining dietary consistency is essential, sometimes sudden change in food can lead to gastrointestinal upset in some pets. We kindly ask that all food is clearly labeled with the pet's first and last name.

  • Can you administer medication to my pet during their stay?

If your pet requires oral or topical medication, we are happy to administer it, including insulin injections. Please note that there is a small daily fee for medication administration. We ask that all medications be provided in their original prescribed containers with clearly labeled instructions.

  • Can you accommodate special needs pets?

We understand that every pet is unique and may have specific needs based on their age, breed, personality, or medical requirements. We truly care about your pet's well-being, so please feel free to share any special considerations with us when making your reservation. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are our top priorities.

  • Can I bring my dogs bed?

We do provide raised dog beds and cozy blankets for your furry friends! Our blankets are changed daily to keep everything fresh. If you’d like, feel free to bring a blanket or bed from home—your pet will appreciate the familiar smell during their stay. Just a friendly reminder that accidents can happen, and while we do our best to clean the beds, some items may not be suitable for our washing machines. We're here to make your pet’s visit as comfortable as possible!

  • Can my dog be groomed during their stay?

We proudly offer a range of additional grooming services, including exit baths, spa baths, haircuts, and pedicures, to keep your dog clean and comfortable throughout their stay with us. When making your reservation, don’t hesitate to inquire about these services so we can discuss availability and associated costs. Your dog deserves the best!

  • What happens if my pet becomes ill or injured during their stay?

Your pet's health and happiness are our top priorities during their stay with us. We understand that it can be distressing if your furry friend becomes sick or injured, and we want to assure you that we are here to help. In such cases, we will follow the protocol outlined in the boarding contract to ensure they receive the best care possible. We will keep you informed every step of the way and will always maintain open communication if we need to take your beloved pet to the vet. Your peace of mind is important to us, and you can trust that your pet is in good hands.
